To face the following challenges, we are looking for a Head of Talent Acquisition to drive the growth of papernest and lead the existing recruitment team.

 You will be responsible for the following tasks: 

Strategy

  • In line with papernest's recruitment business plan, you will have to set up a sourcing strategy to meet the recruitment needs for 2022
  • Prepare the opening of new markets on different continents
  • Develop an employer brand strategy in line with the recruitment objectives of each department (Engineering, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Product...) 
  • Lead the implementation of projects within the team to improve the quality of the services offered by the Talent Acquisition department (e.g., recruitment of new employees)
  • Provide input to the HR leadership team on issues related to Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition budget 
  • Manage relations with external partners: consulting firms, service providers, schools, etc.

 

 Main tasks

  • Manage a team of 10+ recruiters (Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiters): weekly points, team meetings, annual reviews, regular feedbacks
  • Ensure the respect of the established recruitment processes to guarantee a solid and engaging candidate experience
  • Communicate recruitment process requirements to critical people and share important information
  • Ensure that the tools in place are used optimally and effectively
  • Be the point of contact between HR and Talent Acquisition teams
  • Consolidate the information gathered from candidates to develop a solid "salary grids"
  • Create a talent pool and a mapping of key positions in the organization

 

Management and reporting

  • Manage the talent acquisition team on a daily basis using the established KPIs
  • Leading the monthly meeting with the hirings managers to give them the appropriate visibility 
  • Consolidate the information needed to monitor recruitment indicators for the members of the Executive Committee
  • Organize the workflow of recruiters according to business priorities
  • Organize regular feedback points with the directors of each department

 

To achieve this, you need to have:

  • At least five years experience in a similar role managing a team of at least four people
  • Already worked in a startup environment where you have learned to prioritize the management of a large volume of recruitment in a hyper-growth environment
  • You will have a good sense of human relations to recruit the best people
  • You will be able to analyze and synthesize to build and communicate the performance indicators of the Talent Acquisition department

    Your manager will be Olivier, our CHRO. He is a confirmed sportsman and a strong freediver.
