We are working currently with more than 4.000 real estate stakeholders in Spain.
We are looking for a Partnerships Project Manager for the Spanish market to manage your business unit end to end. You will report to our Head of Strategic Partnerships Spain (Lucas Lopez).
Missions:
- Become the expert of the Real Estate ecosystem in Spain, closely following open real estate latest trends and being able to decide who are the key players we want to work with in priority and how.
- Network, negotiate and close dealswith top management of the most important players on the Real Estate Market in Spain (Real Estate Networks, Real Estate Developers, Servicers…)
- Manage Spanish Real Estate business end to end : grow your revenue thanks best in class project management of the different papernest teams working on your offer (product, tech, marketing, sales etc.); Control your margins with precise performance monitoring (customer acquisition & operational costs)
- Think about and define new journeys adapted to partners of this ecosystem, working with tech & product teams on new ideas

Requirements:
- Business or engineering school
- Previous significative experience in a Top consulting firm (min 3-4 years)
- Very autonomous, fast-learner, enthusiastic, team-player
- Skills : Outstanding interpersonal skills, appetence for business development (you are not afraid to talk to CEOs of companies of the real estate sector) and analytic skills (you master excel and are ideally interested to develop SQL analysis skills)
- Native Spanish and Fluent English

Your manager will be Lucas, our Head of Strategic Partnerships Spain, whose love for sport and competition will push you to constantly learn to excel and get out of your comfort zone. Of French-Spanish descent, this Parisian from Galicia knows this culture and its customs, but the Iberian market still keeps its secrets. Will you be able to accompany Lucas in this great adventure that is the conquest of Spain? Let the game begin!
