To face the next challenges, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to drive the growth of papernest and lead part of our international recruitment team.

Your missions:

You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Work as part of a team and own the hiring process for several corporate and operational roles and TA projects end to end
• Act as a partner, guide and deliver a great experience to both candidates and hiring managers
• Proactively source, pipeline, attract, interview and close candidates within the Operations (sales, partnerships, business development, marketing, support etc.) Finance, Legal, and HR domain
• Develop a strong understanding of the talent market, industry trends, technology, and the competition
• Build with the Talent Acquisition Team the digital positioning of papernest to attract the best talents
• You will continuously deliver a great candidate experience

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition role
  
• Business, HR or similar academic background
  
• Ability to work cross-functionally within a fast growth and international environment
  
• Details and solutions oriented
  
• Data driven
  
• Fluent in English and French, (Spanish or Italian are a plus)
• Experience in managing and developing teams is a plus
• Proactive and autonomous

Your manager:

Your manager will be Olivier, our CHRO. He loves to stay underwater for a long time to watch the fish or in museums to recharge his batteries. He is a confirmed sportsman who loves to play with others, so he decided to start a career in human resources after studying law. His professional career is multicultural, he loves to share and learn from all situations that come his way!
