Are you ready to join the adventure ?
⚡️As a Chief Sales Officer, you will :
Manage all papernest B2B2C distribution through both:
- Inside Sales and KAM teams, handling acquisition and animation of 10 000 SMB partners (real estate agencies, mortgage brokers, etc…)
- Strategic partnership teams handling acquisition and animation of key partnerships (big real estate networks, softwares providers, banks, etc.)
- Collaborating closely with Operations teams, CRM, Data and Product and Tech dedicated teams in Barcelona and Paris
Build-up, manage, hire and animation of your team:
- Bring your expertise, dynamism and leadership to create motivation in the teams
- Define specific, clear, measurable, challenging and achievable goals
- Follow closely team and managerial performances to drive the relevant improvements
- Develop all the relevant communication to the teams and carry out the communication yourself and your managers depending on the topics
- Push existing training programs to position papernest as an emblematic company to learn sales skills and grow
Generate growth and scale new partnerships / business types:
- Test and to growth our revenues launching new countries for B2B2C acquisition
- Build new business lines on top of real estate, mortgage brokers, banks, etc.
- Towards our partners:
- Maximize the revenue brought by our partners by improving the qualification of the leads they bring,
- Deeply analyze, understand client needs and ensure that the overall papernest organization delivers the best service in that respect
- Propose B2B customer journey improvements ; making tests and scaling relevant new journeys
- On new product launches and features:
- Ensure their quick adoption by identifying customers benefits, key selling points and embarking teams
- Propose improvements in Product, lead generation tools and processes ; driving the resulting change in inside sales and account management practices
🔎 About you :
- 10 - 20 years of experience in B2B Sales in executive positions
- Great sales capability, client and result oriented, negotiation, account management and communication skills
- Proven track record in daily team management and sales
- Ability to identify, synthesize and restitute product (ops / product) issues and work with Ops and Products teams to improve
- Ability to use CRM tools and develop automation/analyses to drive your teams and superior impact
- Top business / engineering school
- 2+ years experience in top consulting firm is a plus
- Plus if worked on multi countries sales
- Languages: fluency in English required
