As a HR Assistant, you will :
- Be the first point of contact for employees and managers to provide support to better understand and utilize HR tools, processes and policies; maximizing organizational effectiveness, improving performance and ensuring compliance.
- Run all HR processes to make sure of their rigorous management and follow up with stakeholders, with a specific focus on onboarding, offboarding and employee file management.
- Support the Operations Department and Staffing Business Units in implementing a cohesive, coherent people plan for the respective business area where the subsequent solutions and actions are aligned with the business strategy.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Manager in driving the onboarding process to ensure smooth and quick integration to the company for all levels below senior department heads and supporting in talent acquisition strategy.
- Support with the implementation of the new HR organization and local initiatives. Work closely with the business in the annual budgeting and forecasting process of headcounts and personnel cost.
- Ensure compliance with papernest policies and values, legislation and regulations applicable in Spain.
About you :
- You have 1-3 years of experience within HR management or HR generalist role;
- You have a very good knowledge of Spanish administrations and legislation; Ideally, you have already worked with the collective agreement of the Contact Center;
- You are very organized, rigorous, dynamic and proactive;
- You are solution-oriented and you are not afraid to take on new challenges;
- Spanish native speaker, you are fluent in English. French is a plus!
- Google Suite (GSheet, Word, etc) has no secret for you!
