As a HR Intern, you will :
- HR Administration: Ensure smooth management of HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee file updates, and handling absences and personal data.
- Employee Support: Act as a trusted point of contact for employee queries on absences, payroll, and other HR matters. You'll also oversee the intern experience by conducting mid-internship and exit interviews.
- Manager Support: Assist the HR team in advising managers on HR policies and regulatory compliance, while contributing to talent development and retention initiatives.
- HR Projects: Participate in transversal HR projects in Barcelona, including diversity and inclusion, HR training for managers, process improvement, and employee retention.
About you :
- You are currently studying in HR / Administration/ Management
- You have a strong interest in HR topics and want to discover more !
- You are organized, rigorous, dynamic and proactive
- Your interpersonal skills allow you to be a good listener and to easily create a relationship with all types of interlocutors
- You are agile and can adapt to different situations and to a fast paced environment
- You speak fluent Spanish and English, French would be a plus
- You are at ease with Excel, Powerpoint, Word
