To support and accelerate our growth, we have developed over the past few years a large network of distribution partners - in real estate, banking, the web - who offer the papernest solution to their customers who are moving or who simply want to optimize their current contracts.
Key responsibilities : ensuring strategic partner satisfaction and maximising account value.
⚡️Your missions:
Strategic partners Account Management:
- Be the main point of contact with the partner and maintain a long term relationship, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Understand partners needs and objectives to propose appropriate solutions.
- Renew and/or expand existing accounts.
- Participate in regular meetings with clients to review service/product performance.
Account growth:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of additional products or services.
- Develop strategies to increase profitability of existing accounts (negotiate, pitch, monitor...).
Internal coordination:
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, CRM teams... to ensure that partner expectations are met.
- Ensure all the departments of the company are understood and prioritise customer needs.
🔎 About you:
- Business or engineering school background
- 2 years of experience in Account Management (Enterprise preferred) or consulting
- Native Spanish speaker, fluent in English
- Able to move in a fast-growing environment: proactive, autonomous, motivated and organised
- Previous experience in a scale-up and/or in the Real Estate sector is a plus
