⚡️Your missions :
As part of the Revenue Operations team, your role will be to automate and maximise the activity of the Inside Sales, Data, Product, CRM and Customer Success teams. On a daily-basis, you will:
- Understand and continuously improve the Sales Pipeline,
- Frame B2B projects with the relevant business and technical teams in order to implement new processes/tools,
- Create reports for B2B teams and top management (performance/forecasting),
- Owneship of our in-house partner payment system and its enhancement to improve partner performance,
- Participate of the design and automate internal operational processes in a cross-team environment - code & no/low code,
- Ad-hoc analysis via SQL of the various stages in the B2B acquisition funnel & recommendations,
- Benchmark new processes/tools to improve B2B delivery.
🔎 Your profile :
- 2+ years of experience working as salesops/revops or product/consulting/project management,
- Experience working in/with B2B sales teams and their sales funnel,
- Great project management skills,
- Great analytical level (SQL mastery is a +),
- Good communication skills, you’re able to deal with a large variety of profiles (sales,crm,developers..),
- Having managed a CRM is a big + (Hubspot preferably),
- English fluent, mastering French,Spanish or Italian is a +,
- Motivate to provide high level of impact and to be proactive on your scope,
- Python/SQL/no code tool mastery are big +,
- Technologic curiosity around SaaS and AI is greatly appreciated.
