Team Description (FR Operations Management)

As part of the FR Operations Management team, your mission is to distill a vision for operations that aligns with the company’s business plan, and develop a resilient system performing at its maximal potential.

Our Key Responsibilities

Lead and Execute: Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with stakeholders—product, data, sales teams, other operations teams, and others—to align efforts and maximize impact.
- Innovate and Iterate: Proactively seek improvements, test new ideas, and share learnings to help the team evolve.
- Mentor and Learn: Provide constructive feedback to peers, embrace growth opportunities, and encourage a culture of continuous development.
Your Missions, Your Outcomes, Your manager
You’ll be a key driver in managing our Conquest business line, which partners with outsourced sales forces across the Maghreb region to expand our services. Travel is woven into the team’s DNA, offering the chance to connect with partners, explore new markets, and drive meaningful results on the ground.
Key Outcomes to Achieve

Track Sales Performance: Monitor daily results to ensure targets are met and stay one step ahead of emerging challenges.

Partner Engagement: Maintain regular communication with our external teams to steer activity, share insights, and resolve issues.

Facilitate Reviews: Plan and co-lead weekly and monthly performance discussions with all stakeholders, aligning everyone on key objectives.

Streamline Project Management: Collaborate with internal teams (Quality, SalesOps, etc.) and partners to keep initiatives on track and drive improvements.
- Oversee P&L: Monitor and forecast the business line’s P&L, ensuring sustainability and growth.
You’ll work under Ghita, who leads the Conquest team, and Jacques, our Head of Operations—both will offer oversight and support as you deliver these high-impact outcomes.
