As a Junior Data Engineer - Business & SalesOps, we require a Business level communication & Analytics orientation. This role is for the "Problem Solver."

You will be the bridge between our technical stack and our business goals. Working in the SalesOps & Telephony division, you will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders. You translate business needs into technical solutions that drive revenue and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Actively seek out information from SalesOps and Product teams to define their data needs.

• Analytics Engineering: Build clean, modeled datasets in BigQuery that allow business users to self-serve.

• Business Logic: Implement complex business rules into our Python-based data pipelines.

• Onboarding: Help non-technical users understand the data solutions you’ve implemented.

Profile & Skills

• Engineering school background in Software Development.

• Tech: Strong Python (OOP) and excellent SQL skills.

• The Edge: Exceptional human fit and communication skills. Previous experience as a Data Analyst or working with Sales teams is a "Big Plus."

• The Stack: Python (OOP), Airflow, Docker, AWS, and BigQuery. Note: We do not use Snowflake or Databricks—we value portability and custom-built code
