Strategic Partnership Manager - VIE - Barcelona (H/F)

As part of its B2B2C distribution strategy, papernest is partnering with major banks and fintechs in France (BNP Paribas, Groupe BPCE, LCL, WIZBII, etc.), with a special focus on developing innovative journeys within banking apps, to help customer better manage their subscriptions and increase their purchase power (see here).
As a VIE – Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will join the Banking France team, composed of 8 people, and play a key role in launching and developing long-term, value-driven relationships with major players from the banks & fintech industry.
Your futures missions :
Manage your own portfolio of partners (mix of recently launched and mature banks) and bring them to the next level : develop innovative digital journeys, push the offer in agencies through strong animation & communication, negotiate with various counterparts from agency director to CMO
Grow your portfolio by closing new actors on a given segment (e.g. B2B online banks) & manage the full sales lifecycle : from market study to prospection, first meetings, negotiation, project management, launch. Your manager is here to support you, but you get the ownership!
Coordinate internal teams (Operations, Product, CRM, Data, etc.) to ensure service quality, respond to partners’ needs, and develop new initiatives.
Interact with the banking & fintech ecosystem through networking and competitive intelligence to strengthen market awareness and expertise.
Responsibilities :
Sales : Reach double-digit growth objectives on your portfolio, by upselling your existing partners and close new ones.
Relationships : Manage & develop daily relations with key counterparts, to better understand their context and needs, get precious insights and adapt your propositions accordingly.
Analytical : Conduct ad-hoc analysis, create tailor-made reportings, realize business cases to support your sales pitches, monitor partner’s performances and find levers of improvement
Commitment : Be proactive to identify new opportunities, take the leadership on transversal initiatives, support your colleagues to bring value to the whole team
About you :
Master degree from a Top Business School
First professional experience in Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Consulting, or a similar environment.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and engage key stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to structure topics and turn insights into action.
Proactive and ownership-driven, comfortable taking initiative and driving projects forward.
You are fully fluent in French, both orally and in writing.
